Due to few upgrade in sourceforge the wiki of the Instrument Element is no longer working. It probably must be upgraded.

Spam does not Sleep…

Ok… the experiment was pretty fast… We Keep experiencing spam, especially on our user guide. So I block anonymous contributions. Now If you want to contribute you need to be registered to the Instrument Element Wiki.  Let’s us know if you encounter trouble in the registration process.

If you see some spam around we kindly ask you to drop a line to one of the project members.

Spam in the Documentation Wiki of the IE

In the past 2 days few pages of our Documentation Wiki have been changed by spammers and external links to some strange sites have been added. Fortunately we successfully rolled back to some consistent version.  If the problem persist only registered users we will be able to edit the wiki.

Change of Wiki and RSS Integration

The porting of the wiki information is finished, from now on the official wiki is the one at the following link:

New Wiki for the Instrument Element Project

However the main entry point for the documentation remains the home page. Form there you can access to the wiki pages.  

In addition, as you may have noticed, in the project home page a Google RSS display has been added in order to use this blog as the main entry point for all the news related to the project.

Mediawiki for the IE Documentation

I have to say that the wiki offered by sourceforge is really full of noisy adds so i decided to look for a different solution. Today i just finish to instal a Mediawiki that will be dedicated to the IE documentation. It look like really empty, slowly the present documentation we will ported to the new wiki. 

Still the logo remain an issue, btw you can have a look to the wiki at this link:
